Areete Law Offices Acts on ForaySoft's Business Transfer to Canterr IT Services India

Areete Law Offices advised Canterr IT Services India Private Limited on its acquisition of an IT services division from Foray Software Private Limited, an affiliate of ES Search Consultants Inc. The deal was part of a broader global transaction between Canterr Inc. and ES Search Consultants Inc.

Areete Law Offices' transaction team was led by Amit Singhania (Partner) and Hardik Bhatia (Associate).

ForaySoft, a leading IT consultancy, specializes in optimizing technology systems, data management, and cloud solutions.

With this acquisition Canterr Inc. has developed additional capability to provide software maintenance services to its US clients.
