

Quick-commerce startup BazaarNow has raised ₹75 crore from a Series A fundraise led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from existing investors Whiteboard Capital and Antler, along with angel investors.
Argus Partners advised BazaarNow and its Founders on this fundraise.
The transaction team consisted of Jitendra Soni (Partner), Sadia Akhter (Senior Associate), Associates Samia Haider and Abhirami Retheev.
The Firm also advised existing investors Whiteboard Capital and Antler with a team that consisted of Ankit Guha (Partner), Keshav Seth (Senior Associate) and Amruth Rao (Associate).
Khaitan & Co advised lead investor Peak XV Partners Growth Investments IV on this fundraise. The Firm role included conducting due diligence exercise on BazaarNow; reviewing and negotiating the transaction documents; and execution and closing related aspects of the transaction which, inter alia, included the review of documents in relation to the conditions precedent and closing, as well as tracking the completion of the said actions.
