Argus Partners assists Lux in acquiring licensing for Reebok garments

Vertical B of Lux Industries Limited has entered into a Brand Licensing Agreement with RILUK IPCO Limited, the licensor of the Reebok brand in India.

The agreement grants Lux Industries (Vertical B) the exclusive rights to manufacture, market and sell Reebok-branded men's and women's innerwear and thermal wear products in India.

Argus Partners advised Vertical B on this licensing deal.

The transaction team consisted of Arka Majumdar (Partner) and Milind Anand (Associate).

Reebok was represented by its in-house legal team.

The agreement further strengthens Lux Industries' portfolio of leading consumer brands.
