Argus Partners, Khaitan & Co act on Spinny acquiring GoMechanic

Valuedrive Technologies Private Limited (Spinny) has acquired 100% stake in Service Easy Technology Private Limited (GoMechanic) from its founders, and the investor groups of Stride Ventures Debt Fund II, Lifelong India Private Limited, and Hero Enterprise Partner Ventures.

Argus Partners advised Spinny on this acquisition.

The transaction team consisted of Anindya Ghosh (Partner), Jaidrath Zaveri (Principal Associate), Aradhana Pandit (Associate) and Nivrithi Kumar (Associate).

Shubham Tiwary (Associate) assisted the team for the due diligence exercise.

Khaitan & Co advised Service Easy Technology and its promoters and certain selling shareholders on this transaction.

Spinny is a leading full-stack used car platform which has been ranked #1 in India's Fastest-Growing Companies 2026 by TIME and Statista.

GoMechanic provides aggregation of automobile repair and maintenance services through third-party garage service providers, and sourcing and distribution of automobile spare parts and accessories on a B2B basis.

This acquisition enables Spinny to enter the after-sales maintenance space and expand its consumer services portfolio.
