AZB, CAM act on Wipro's acquisition of cloud firm Encore Theme Technologies

Wipro Limited is acquiring Encore Theme Technologies Private Limited, a specialist in providing SaaS and Cloud solutions in financial services.

The total consideration for the deal is approximately $12.8 million.
