AZB, JSA, ALMT Legal act on Canara Robeco ~₹1,326 crore IPO
Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited has raised ₹1,326.126 crore from an initial public offering of equity shares, which comprised an offer for sale by the promoter selling shareholders, Canara Bank and ORIX Corporation Europe N.V.
AZB & Partners advised and represented Canara Robeco and one of its promoters, ORIX Corporation, on this IPO.
