Trilegal, AZB & Partners act on PMI Electro Mobility securing $310 million investment from KKR

KKR has made an investment of $310 million in PMI Electro Mobility, a manufacturer of e-buses); and Allfleet, a subsidiary of PMI that owns and operates e-bus concessions.
