AZB & Partners acts for Max Healthcare in ₹300 Crore Kalinga Hospital acquisition

Max Healthcare Institute Limited has acquired 58.4% stake in Kalinga Hospital Limited for ₹300 crore.

AZB & Partners advised its long-standing client Max Healthcare Institute on this transaction.

Kalinga Hospital is a multi super specialty hospital located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
