The transaction team was led by Rajesh Begur, with assistance from Associates Divya Bharti and Raman Kukreja.

Confluxe Retail operates in the fashion and lifestyle sector, leveraging technology-driven innovation.

This transaction marks Confluxe Retail’s inaugural pre-seed funding round.
