BEGUR & PARTNERS assists Kriscore Capital on investment in RoamPrime

BEGUR & PARTNERS has advised Kriscore Capital on its investment in Roamprime Technologies Private Limited through the acquisition of compulsorily convertible preference shares.

The transaction team was led by Rajesh Begur, with assistance from Associates Divya Bharti and Arya Choudhary.

RoamPrime operates a tech-enabled, full-stack platform for refurbished two-wheelers.
