BEGUR & PARTNERS assists SIDBI on investment in Babblebots.ai

BEGUR & PARTNERS has assisted SIDBI on its co-investment, by way of compulsorily convertible preference shares, in Mystina AI Labs Private Limited.

The transaction team was led by Rajesh Begur, with assistance from Associates Tanushree Bose, Divya Bharti and Ashutosh Kumar.

Mystina AI Labs operates the platform “Babblebots.ai” and is engaged in the development of software products and solutions specialising in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and voice technology.
