CAM advises Kwality Wall’s on listing shares on BSE and NSE

Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited has listed its equity shares on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, pursuant to the demerger of the ice cream business of Hindustan Unilever Limited.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Kwality Wall’s on this share listing.

The capital markets team was led by Devaki Mankad (Partner, Regional Co-Head - Capital Markets - West), with the assistance from Associates Aniruddh Saraswat, Archit Jain, Eashaan Agrawal, Khushi Parekh and Sajal Soni, Associates.

The corporate team was led by Ramgovind Kuruppath (Partner) and Archit Bhatnagar (Partner), with the assistance from Nayana Dasgupta (Principal Associate), Pooja Jasani (Senior Associate) and Priyam Mittal (Associate).

CAM was also the sole transaction counsel to Hindustan Unilever for the demerger and listing of Kwality Wall's.
