CAM advises Statkraft A.S. on 100% stake sale of wholly owned subsidiary, Mandakini Jal Urja

Statkraft A.S. has made a 100% stake sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Mandakini Jal Urja Private Limited, which is implementing a 76 MW hydroelectric project in Uttarakhand, to Bhilwara Energy Limited.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Statkraft A.S. on this stake sale.

The transaction team was led by Ramanuj Kumar, Partner (Co-Head – Projects, Energy & Energy Transition), along with Partners Sreetama Sen and Aiswarja Mohanty. They were supported by Kumar Mangalam (Associate).

Ramanuj Kumar and Aiswarja Mohanty, with support from Shrey Srivastava (Principal Associate), Sumi Trivedi (Principal Associate), Associates Snehil Ajmera and Rashika Bhardwaj assisted in projects due diligence.
