Quick-commerce giant Zepto has confidentially filed a draft red herring prospectus with SEBI for an initial public offering aggregating to reportedly ₹11,000 crore.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is advising Zepto on this IPO.

The transaction is being led by Vishal Yaduvanshi (Partner, Regional Co-Head - Capital Markets - North).

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co is advising the book running lead managers on this IPO.

The transaction team is led by Prashant Gupta (National Practice Head - Capital Markets) and Abhiroop Amitava Datta (Partner), with support from Associates Shivang Agarwal, Deeksha Dhingra and Pavitra Dubey.

Latham & Watkins Singapore acted as the international legal counsel for the book running lead managers and the team was led by Rajiv Gupta (Partner, India Practice Head).

Latham had advised Swiggy on its Confidential Filing where the company raised nearly the same amount as being sought by Zepto.

Recently CMS INDUSLAW, Khaitan advised on Zepto's $450 million Series H fundraise from General Catalyst. CMS Induslaw had advised Zepto.

Zepto is involved in the business of wholesale trading of a variety of products such as groceries, pharmaceuticals, apparel, consumer devices etc., operating marketplace platform for such products, and other ancillary activities in relation to the above.

The proceeds from the IPO will be primarily used for expansion.
