CAM, Trilegal act on iValue Infosolutions ~₹560 crore IPO

iValue Infosolutions Limited has made an initial public offering aggregating to ₹560.295 crore, which comprises of an offer for sale by certain existing shareholders.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised iValue Infosolutions on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Ravi Kumar Dubey (Partner, Regional Co-head, Capital Markets West) and Anshul Roy (Partner), with assistance from Radhika Pandey (Principal Associate), Sravya Surapaneni (Senior Associate), Associates Bhaskar Kumar, Aniruddh Saraswat, Anomitra Debnath, and Rakshitha V.

Trilegal is advising IIFL Securities Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, the book running lead managers to this IPO.
