CAM, Trilegal, Linklaters, JSA act on SEDEMAC Mechatronics ~₹1,087 crore IPO

SEDEMAC Mechatronics Limited has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹1,087.35 crore, which comprised an offer for sale of 8,043,300 equity shares.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised SEDEMAC on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Manan Lahoty (Partner & Head - Capital Markets) and Anshul Roy (Partner), with support from Rishav Buxi (Principal Associate) and Associates Anuj Gupta, Niharika Payannavar, Hitesh Nagpal, Aditya Maheshwari and Chinmay Jumde.

Trilegal advised the book running lead managers, ICICI Securities Limited, Avendus Capital Private Limited and Axis Capital Limited, on this IPO.

Linklaters served as international legal counsel to the BRLMs.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors all the Investor Selling Shareholders, including A91 Emerging Fund II LLP, Xponentia Opportunities Fund II, HDFC Life Insurance Company Limited, 360 One Monopolistic Market Intermediaries Fund and Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (IIT Bombay), on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Madhurima Mukherjee Saha (Partner), with support from Shivali Singh (Partner) and Associates Rachit Munjal and Tisa Padhy.

SEDEMAC Mechatronics is a supplier of control-intensive, critical-to-application electronic control units to leading original equipment manufacturers in the mobility and industrial markets across India, the United States and Europe. The company is also the first in India to develop, design and manufacture sensorless commutation-based integrated starter generator ECUs for two- and three-wheeler internal combustion engine powered vehicles.
