CCI clears ALSTOM merger in record 7 days Amarchand represents ALSTOM

Amarchand Mangaldas has represented ALSTOM Holdings India Ltd (AHIL) and ALSTOM Projects India Limited (APIL) in obtaining merger control clearance from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) in relation to the proposed combination wherein AHIL will merge into APIL pursuant to implementation of scheme of amalgamation.
