

Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited has acquired of the cement business of Jaiprakash Associates Limited, comprising a total grinding capacity of 5.75 million tonnes per annum.
Chandhiok & Mahajan advised Dalmia Cement on this acquisition. The C&M team provided comprehensive legal support across corporate and regulatory workstreams on this transaction. The team advised Dalmia Cement on all aspects of the transaction, including corporate structuring, due diligence, execution of definitive agreements, regulatory filings, and ancillary matters.
