CMS INDUSLAW acts on JJG Aero $30 million Series B fundraise

JJG Aero Private Limited, an aerospace components manufacturer, has raised $30 million from a Series B fundraise led by Norwest Capital LLC.

CMS INDUSLAW advised JJG Aero on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Winnie Shekhar (Partner), Shantanu Singh (Partner), Tushar Gogoi (Principal Associate), Associate Chandresh Goyal, Ayushi Gupta and Mahak Agarwal.

The secretarial team comprised of Ruhi Jain (Executive Director), Praveen Hegde (Manager), Chetna Agarwal (Assistant Manager) and Sri Anjana (Executive).

JJG Aero specialises in the manufacture of high-precision machined components for aero-engine and airframe applications, supplying to global aerospace OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers and is expected to further strengthen the ‘Make in India’ initiative within the advanced manufacturing ecosystem.
