CMS INDUSLAW acts on Palmonas $40 million Series B fundraise

Demi-fine Fashion Private Limited, dba Palmonas, has raised $40 million from a Series B fundraise, led by Xponentia Capital and Vertex Growth Fund.

CMS INDUSLAW advised existing investor Vertex Ventures on this fundraise.

Kartik Ganapathy (Founding & Senior Partner) provided strategic inputs on the transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Rashi Bharadwaj (Partner), Winnie Shekhar (Partner), and Associates Ayushi Gupta and Arnab Chakraborty.

The Corporate Secretarial team comprised of Ruhi Jain (Executive Director), Praveen Hegde (Manager), Adarsh Joshi (Senior Executive), and Fhareen Abdul Aziz Khan.

Palmonas is a brand known for its demi-fine jewellery pieces designed for everyday use.

The capital will support Palmonas in scaling operations, strengthening its brand presence, and expanding its product offerings.
