CMS INDUSLAW, Pioneer Legal act on SFO Technologies $82 million fundraise

SFO Technologies Private Limited has raised $82 million from a fundraise led by Trident Growth Partners and Amicus Capital, with participation from existing investors Anicut Capital and HDFC Asset Management Capital.

CMS INDUSLAW advised SFO Technologies on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Rashi Saraf (Partner), Martin Mathews (Senior Associate), Surbhi Joshi (Senior Associate), Arnesh Nag (Associate) and Radhika Chauhan (Associate).

Pioneer Legal advised lead investors Trident Growth Partners and Amicus Capital on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Jamila Taherali (Associate), Mahima Choudhary (Associate), Jinal Shah (Principal Associate), and Pritha Jha (Partner), with strategic inputs from Satish Kishanchandani (Managing Partner).

Kochi- based SFO Technologies is the flagship company of the NeST Group and a leading electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider with vertically integrated capabilities spanning design, engineering and manufacturing.

The capital raised will support the company’s expansion and long-term strategic objectives.
