Xflow Payments India Pvt. Ltd. has raised $16.6 million from a Series A fundraise led by General Catalyst, with participation from PayPal Ventures and existing investors including Lightspeed, Stripe, Moore Capital and Square Peg.

CMS INDUSLAW advised Xflow on this fundraise.

Khaitan & Co advised lead investor General Catalyst on this fundraise. The Firm assisted General Catalyst in conducting due diligence exercise on the wholly owned subsidiary of Xflow in India; reviewing, negotiation, and finalisation of the share subscription agreement, shareholders’ agreement, and founder employment agreements; and execution and closing related aspects of the transaction.

The core team consisted of Bharat Anand (Senior Partner), Nidhi Killawala (Partner), Anupama Singh (Principal Associate) and Aiyushi Sahani (Senior Associate).
