CMS INDUSLAW, Bird & Bird act on Mozark Series B fundraise

Mozark Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based SaaS company, has secured a capital from a Series B fundraise led by International Finance Corporation.

CMS INDUSLAW advised Mozark on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Avimukt Dar (Founding & Senior Partner), Rashi Bharadwaj (Partner), Shivani Singh (Principal Associate) and Aanshavi Srishti (Associate).

Bird & Bird's Singapore team advised IFC on their investment in Mozark.

The transaction team was led by Marcus Chow (Partner), with support from Luke Oon (Senior Associate), Xing Yi Tan (Senior Associate) and Karen Ho (Associate).

Mozark has developed a proprietary cloud-based platform that provides a non-intrusive approach to testing and monitoring the performance of digital infrastructure, from backend private infrastructure and telecom networks to front end user applications performance and user experience.

The freshly infused capital will support the Company in inter alia scaling of global operations, boosting R&D, and strengthening commercial capabilities.
