Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Trilegal, Sidley Austin act on Belrise Industries ₹1,700 crore QIP

Belrise Industries Limited has made a qualified institutions placement of equity shares aggregating to ₹1,700 crore.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Belrise Industries on this QIP.

The transaction was led by Manan Lahoty (Partner, Head - Capital Markets) and Aashima Johur (Partner), with support from Mansi Jhaveri (Principal Associate), Medhashree Verma (Senior Associate), Associates Anjini Ganguly, Abhirup Manna, Alok Antony, and Syamantak Sinha.

Trilegal advised the sole placement agent to the QIP, namely, Jefferies India Private Limited.

The transaction was led by Richa Choudhary (Partner) and Murtaza Zoomkawala (Partner), with support from Rainika Malhotra (Senior Associate) and Associates Yatin Shikarpuri, Nimisha Sharma, Pallavi Vuppu, Sejal Singh, Manya Sharma, and Nandini Ravishankar.

Sidley Austin served as the international legal counsel for Jefferies India Private Limited on this QIP.

Belrise Industries is an integrated precision engineering company offering a diverse range of safety-critical systems and other engineering solutions. As of March 31, 2026, it has 24 manufacturing facilities spread across India and overseas.

The proceeds of the QIP will be used for repayment of debt, pursuing strategic investments and growth opportunities and working capital.
