Desai & Diwanji acts on Milan Ginning Pressing proposed IPO

Milan Ginning Pressing Limited has filed a draft red herring prospectus, to be listed on the BSE SME platform, for an initial public offering comprising a fresh issue of up to 6,674,400 equity shares and an Offer for Sale of up to 372,000 equity shares by the selling shareholders.
