Dhir & Dhir advises Tata Capital on sanctioning ₹1,190 crore for Karnataka hybrid power project

Tata Capital Limited has sanctioned ₹1,190 crore financial assistance to AMPIN Energy Utility One Private Limited for its wind solar hybrid power project with 244 MWp capacity in Karnataka.

Dhir & Dhir Associates advised Tata Capital on this financing deal. The Firm provided end to end support including structuring, drafting, negotiation and execution of financing and security documents related to the transaction.

The transaction was led by Guranpreet Singh Sarna (Partner) and Shikha Singh (Associate Partner), with support from Avlokita Kanwar (Principal Associate) and Diya Malik (Associate).
