WSB Real Estate Partners Private Limited has invested insenior, unrated, unlisted, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures issued by Realnet Spaces & Services Private Limited.

DMD Advocates advised WSB Real Estate Partners on this transaction. The transaction involved the drafting and negotiation of the financing and security package, including the debenture trust deed, indenture of mortgage, deed of hypothecation, escrow agreement, security perfection deliverables, and other ancillary transaction documents.
