

Stalwart People Services India Limited has proposed an initial public offering comprising a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating upto ₹150 crore and an offer for sale of upto 5,264,151 Equity Shares by Christopher Arvinth and Caroline Mendez.
DSK Legal advised Stalwart as well as the book running lead manager Bajaj Capital Securities Limited, on this IPO. The Firm assisted in inter alia conducting due diligence; drafting of the Draft Red herring Prospectus; drafting and finalisation of standard certificates, consent letters and auditor certificates; drafting and negotiating of offer agreement, registrar agreement and ad-agency agreements; drafting exemption application and other filing letters with SEBI and stock exchanges; reviewing and commenting on advertisement and AV script for filing of DRHP; collating the repository for stock exchanges and issuing legal opinion for the DRHP.
