DSK Legal, CMS INDUSLAW act on Pee Safe $32 million Series C fundraise

Women's hygiene and wellness brand Pee Safe has raised $32 million through a Series C Fundraise from OrbiMed.

DSK Legal advised and assisted Pee Safe and its promoters on this fundraise. The Firm's role included drafting, negotiating, and finalising the transaction documents (including the share subscription agreement, shareholders agreement and share purchase agreements), assisting Pee Safe with completion of conditions precedent, and providing support in relation to closing of the Transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Nakul Batra (Partner), Palak Sehgal (Principal Associate), Devbrat Singh (Senior Associate), Aankhi Anwesha (Senior Associate) and Utkarsh Sharma (Associate).
