Economic Laws Practice (ELP) has advised SAMHI Hotels Limited on the transfer of the business undertaking of the Caspia Hotel on a slump sale basis to Deventure Hotel and Resorts Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of ₹65 crore.

The transaction team was led by Abhishek Sanyal (Partner), with support from Jishnu Dhar (Principal Associate) and Kingshuk Saha (Associate).

Sujjain Talwar (Co-Founding Partner) provided strategic inputs on the transaction.
