New Delhi Centre for Sight Limited has acquired The Eye Clinic, Dehradun.

Economic Laws Practice advised New Delhi Centre for Sight on this acquisition. The Firm advised on the transaction structure and on the drafting, negotiation, and finalisation of all the relevant transaction documents.
