Mercuria Energy Group has entered into a joint venture with Tata International to scale global commodities trading and supply chain solutions, across multiple commodities, including energy, metals, agricultural products, oil and gas, and environmental products.
Freshfields advised Mercuria Energy Group on entering this joint venture.
The transaction is led by Rhys Evans (Partner) and Piusha Bose (Counsel).
Touchstone Partners advised Mercuria Energy Group on the Indian legal and regulatory aspects of the transaction.
