GameChanger Law Advisors assists Speciale Invest on investing in Inbound Aerospace

Inbound Aerospace has raised $1 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Speciale Invest and participation from Piper Serica.

GameChanger Law Advisors advised lead investor Speciale Invest on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Samheeta Rao (Senior Partner) and and Janhavi Kukreja (Associate).

Inbound Aerospace is a space-tech start-up building a Low-Earth-Orbit (LEO) based autonomous, unmanned, free-flying, recoverable spacecraft for customers to conduct in-orbit technology demonstrations, microgravity research and in-space manufacturing of products that have use cases back on Earth.
