GameChanger Law, Xander Law act on Peptris Technologies Series A fundraise

Peptris Technologies has raised ₹70 crore from a Series A fundraise co-led by IAN Alpha Fund and Speciale Invest, with participation from Tenacity Ventures and BYT Ventures.

GameChanger Law Advisors advised lead investor Speciale Invest as well as BYT Ventures on this fundraise. The Firm reviewed and negotiated the transaction documentation.

The transaction was led by Samheeta Rao (Senior Partner)

Xander Law Associates advised lead investor IAN Alpha Fund on this fundraise.

Peptris is an AI-powered preclinical drug discovery company. Peptris’ proprietary AI platform integrates unsupervised learning and generative AI to design optimized molecules, significantly reducing the need for wet lab testing. The automated platform streamlines this process, designing potent, safe, selective, and biologically active drug candidates. 

The Company will use the funds to support new research programs and expand their workforce.
