Aerospace manufacturing startup Axirium Aerospace has raised $3.5 million in seed funding led by Shastra VC and BEENEXT.

Goyel & Goyal advised lead investors Beenext & Shastra VC on all aspects of the transaction.

The transaction team was led by Akshit Goyal (Partner), and comprised Avinash Kumar (Senior Associate) and Stuti Vajpayi (Associate).

Founded in 2025 by industry veterans Nishant Khurana, Neeraj Agarwal, and Piyush Agarwal—who previously held leadership roles at Tata Advanced Systems—the company focuses on high-precision machining and structural sub-assemblies for global aerospace OEMs.

The investment will be deployed to set up Axirium’s first state-of-the-art precision-manufacturing facility, expand its engineering and operations teams, and build long-term partnerships to strengthen global aerospace supply chains.
