Gurinder & Partners advises Shabodi on Strategic Partnership with Global Telecom Aggregator

Gurinder & Partners has advised Shabodi Inc, a pioneering Application Enablement Platform (AEP) provider, on a strategic collaboration with a global telecom aggregator.

This arrangement will enable Shabodi to empower telecom operators worldwide to publish and monetize disparate APIs, while facilitating new monetization strategies by exposing network intelligence as network APIs. The initiative is expected to play a significant role in shaping the future of network-as-a-service business models.

The transaction involved navigating a complex landscape of multi-jurisdictional agreements, diverse regulatory considerations, and commercial negotiations. The Firm's role extended to structuring the revenue and governance models, drafting and negotiating layered technology and commercial contracts; and advising on regulatory and compliance issues impacting telecom and digital services.
