Harris Computers acquires eNoah, CMS INDUSLAW advises

N. Harris Computer Corporation has acquired eNoah iSolution India P Limited.

CMS INDUSLAW advised eNoah and its promoters on this acquisition.

The transaction team consisted of Revathy Muralidharan (Partner), Anurag Shankar Prasad (Senior Associate) and Hardik Khattar (Associate).

eNoah provides technology-enabled solutions to the insurance and financial services industry, including intelligent record retrieval, data processing and AI-enabled summarization solutions. eNoah services several Fortune 500 companies across integrated health, insurance, manufacturing, and automotive sectors.

The transaction represents a strategic expansion for Harris Computers, strengthening its presence in India and enhancing its footprint across other key global markets currently served by eNoah. The acquisition provides Harris Computers with access to eNoah’s established delivery capabilities, sector expertise and long-standing customer relationships, while enabling continued growth and scalability across its core verticals.
