Hogan Lovells, Fried Frank act on NEXT's acquisition of Russell & Bromley

NEXT Plc has acquired the British footwear brand Russell & Bromley out of administration for £2.5 million in cash, with an additional £1.3 million for stock.

Fried Frank advised NEXT on this acquisition.

The transaction team was led by Ashley Katz (Partner), with assistance from Amy Faraday (Associate) and Eshan Khot (Associate).

Hogan Lovells advised Russell & Bromley on this transaction.

The transaction team was led by James Maltby (Partner), with support from Simon Grimshaw (Partner), Camilla Eliott Lockhart (Counsel) and David Antrobus (Associate). 

Established in 1880, Russell & Bromley is a company specialising in luxury shoes and handbags for men and women.

NEXT has reportedly acquired assets including the Russell & Bromley name and intellectual property from the administrators.
