IC RegFin Legal advises investors on Spill Games seed fundraise

Spillvoy Gaming Private Limited, Spill Games, has raised $3.1 million from a seed fundraise co-led by Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital.

IC RegFin Legal advised the co-lead investors Centre Court Capital and PeerCapital on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Anish Jaipuriar (Partner), Hardik Sabbarwal (Senior Associate) and Utsav Vats (Associate).

Spill Games is a Bengaluru-based mobile gaming company founded in 2024 by Om Misra, Tapan Ranjan, and Harsh Garg. The company focuses on creating easy-to-play casual and puzzle games.

The funding will support the Company's growth and development.
