JSA acts on Aerchain $13 million Series A fundraise

Bengaluru-based enterprise procurement platform Agillos E-Commerce Private Limited (Aerchain) has raised $13 million from a Series A fundraise led by Pavestone Technology Fund, with participation from IndiaMART and other investors.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised lead investor Pavestone Technology Fund on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Siddharth Mody (Partner), with support from Anurag Shrivastav (Partner), Niharika Rao (Senior Associate) and Prakhar Jain (Associate).

The due diligence was done by Anurag Shrivastav (Partner), with support from Associates Prakhar Jain and Ayush Chaturvedi.

Aerchain automates procurement workflows and enables enterprises to manage vendor discovery, negotiations, purchasing, and payments through AI-powered agents.

The fresh capital will support Aerchain's expansion plans and AI development.
