JSA acts on Bacancy Systems Series A fundraise

Bacancy Systems Private Limited has raised ₹40 crore from a Series A fundraise led by Sabre Partners and Greenstone Capital.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised both Sabre Partners and Greenstone Capital.

The transaction team was led by Prakriti Jaiswal (Partner), with support from Nabarun Ray (Principal Associate) and Associates Mahi Jaiswal and Kirti Vardhan Singh.

Bacancy Systems is an R&D-led electronics manufacturing company, specialises in embedded systems and power electronics, including solutions for electric vehicle charging infrastructure and railway electronics.

Both Sabre Partners and Greenstone Capital have acquired minority stake in Bacancy.

The investment will support the Company’s expansion of manufacturing capabilities, strengthening of research and development, and growth across domestic and international markets.
