JSA acts on Mynd Fintech acquiring C2FO India Technologies

M1xchange has made a 100% acquisition of C2FO India Technologies Private Limited through Mynd Fintech, a subsidiary of M1xchange, through a share purchase transaction.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised M1xchange on this acquisition. The Firm advised on all aspects of the acquisition, including the negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents, review of conditions precedent, and coordination through to successful closing of the transaction.

The transaction team was led by Rashi Saraf (Partner) and Vinit Patwari (Partner), and included Aparimita Choudhary (Senior Associate) and Nandini Soora (Associate).

Mynd Fintech will be able to run C2FO India’s platform post this deal, while also acquiring its employees and clients, significantly strengthening its supply chain financing business.
