JSA acts on Truemeds on ~₹745 crore Series C fundraise

JSA Advocates and Solicitors has advised Intellihealth Solutions Private Limited (d/b/a Truemeds) on raising ~₹745 crore ($85 million) from a Series C fundraise led by Accel and Peak XV Partners, with participation from existing investors WestBridge and InfoEdge Ventures.

JSA advised Truemeds and its Founders on this fundraise.

The transaction team was Rishabh Gupta (Partner), Akshath Mithal (Principal Associate), Tanmayee Shriprasad Apte (Associate), and Saurabh Chatterji (Associate).

Truemeds is a leading telehealth platform providing generic and substitute medicines, and is focused on enabling greater affordability in healthcare access.
