JSA advises 5paisa on ₹468 crore rights issue

5paisa Capital Limited has made a rights issue of 15,627,419 equity shares aggregating up to ₹468.823 crore, to eligible shareholders.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised 5paisa Capital on this rights issue.

The transaction team was led by Arka Mookerjee (Partner), along with Siddhartha Desai (Partner) and Ananth Balaji (Partner), with support from Aditya Sureka (Associate).

5paisa is a technology-driven financial services company offering discount broking and a wide range of investment and trading solutions across capital markets through its digital platforms, including mobile and web-based applications. Its services span capital markets, futures and options, currency derivatives and commodity derivatives segments, and include distribution of mutual funds and IPOs with memberships across leading Indian stock exchanges.
