JSA advises Belrise Industries on acquisition of Hyva India’s tipper body business

Belrise Industries Limited is set to acquire the India Tipper Body Business from Hyva (India) Private Limited, a subsidiary of JOST Werke SE.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Belrise Industries on this acquisition.

The transaction was led by Kushal Ramotre (Partner), with strategic inputs from Siddharth Mody (Partner), and support from Ayushi Berry (Senior Associate), Priankita Das (Associate) and Ishika Mehta (Junior Associate).

The acquisition remains subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.

This acquisition supports Belrise's long-term strategy to enhance its capabilities in the commercial vehicle sector while strengthening its foothold in rapidly growing industries such as construction, mining, defense, and infrastructure.
