JSA advises Bharat Value Fund on Incuspaze ₹150 crore fundraise

Incuspaze Solutions Private Limited has raised ₹150 crore from a fundraise led by Bharat Value Fund.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Bharat Value Fund on their investment in Incuspaze.

The transaction was led by Siddharth Mody (Partner), with support from Anurag Shrivastav (Partner), Ayushi Berry (Senior Associate) and Priankita Das (Associate).

Incuspaze is a company engaged in operating co-working spaces, serviced offices and managed office spaces.

The fresh capital will be used to expand its presence across key markets, strengthen its technology stack, pursue strategic acquisitions, and prepare for its planned initial public offering in FY29.
