JSA advises Clean Max Atlas on securing ₹630 crore loan for wind power plant in Karnataka

Clean Max Atlas Private Limited, a subsidiary of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited, has secured a rupee term loan facility aggregating to ₹630 crore, including a letter of credit facility as a sub-limit, from a consortium of banks consisting of BNP Paribas and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Clean Max Atlas on securing the funds.

The transaction team consisted of Karan Mitroo (Partner), Kartikeya Dubey (Partner) and Aditya Bhayal (Senior Associate).

The funds are being utilised for the development of a greenfield 100 MW AC wind power plant in the state of Karnataka.
