JSA advises Clean Max Atlas on securing ₹630 crore loan for wind power plant in Karnataka

Clean Max Atlas Private Limited, a subsidiary of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited, has secured a rupee term loan facility aggregating to ₹630 crore, including a letter of credit facility as a sub-limit, from a consortium of banks consisting of BNP Paribas and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Clean Max Atlas on securing the funds.
