JSA advises Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions on securing ₹270 crore loan for solar power plant in Rajasthan

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited has secured a rupee term loan facility aggregating to ₹270 crore, including a letter of credit facility as a sub-limit, from The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions on securing the funds.

The transaction team consisted of Karan Mitroo (Partner) and Kartikeya Dubey (Partner).

The funds are being utilised for the development of a greenfield 66 MW AC / 99 MW DC solar power plant in the state of Rajasthan.
