

Clean Max Tasman Private Limited, a subsidiary of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited, has secured $124.63 million via external commercial borrowing, along with letter of credit facilities, standby letter of credit facilities and a bridge LC facility, availed from a consortium of banks comprising BNP Paribas, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Société Générale.
