JSA advises GeBBS Healthcare Solutions on acquisition of RND OptimizAR

GeBBS Healthcare Solutions Inc. has acquired RND OptimizAR, an India-based specialised provider of RCM services for the Durable Medical Equipment and Home Medical Equipment market.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised GeBBS Healthcare Solutions on this acquisition.
